以伊朗代理行反饋, 上星期伊朗政府出示了公文, 要求即刻起暫時禁止進口奢侈品類貨載, 如家電, 外國車, 化妝品, 塑膠製品, 手機, 電腦, 衣服....等, 除非客戶持有伊朗政府許可證外, 一律禁收.
雖暫未對違反規定之航商要求罰款, 但為了避免貨載扣在目的港造成櫃子無法順利使用, 我司在尚未得到政府同意開放前, 要求所有外點只要收進口伊朗貨載皆須遵行此規範.
若客戶無法提出許可證明, 請暫勿收取謝謝.

FYKI : Authorities have divided imports into 10 categories based on how essential they are seen to be, and will provide importers with dollars at a subsidized rate to buy basic goods.
import permission for some luxury goods, from foreign-made cars, mobile phones and laptops to home appliances and clothing, were no longer being issued "until there is a final review ".

Regarding used-car import to Iran there is nothing to be worried about. The traffic is in transit to CIS countries (including Afghanistan , Uzbekistan , etc …) and such decisions of Iran government has no effect on transit shipments. (FYI: all of said shipments have the code IRBN1D as their THC template in system which shows they are transit shipments)
From the date the notice been published no other license been granted , there are traders which has collected their license prior below notice with 3~4 months validity , they can import the goods without any problem ,
Carrier will not be penalized but to avoid long stay we can arrange to check the consignee license for import by POL/POD offices prior releasing the boxes at POL though it is a very time consuming process for this office & the POL & may have a negative impact on our market share. It’s better to check with other carriers in this regard. |
